To secure a firm booking, payment must be made in full in advance on all courses costing under £1,000. On those that cost more than £1,000 we require a £500 deposit; the balance is payable one month before the course commences. For the online course, a deposit of 50 per cent is require for enrolment.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Full refunds (less a £65 administrative fee) are given for cancellations made more than one month prior to a course commencement date. Cancellations made less than one month prior will be refunded at 50% of the total booking fee. To transfer to another course, a charge of £65 will be levied if made within one month of the course commencing. No refunds will be given for cancellations made two weeks or less before the start of a course.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel courses at any time, but will refund any fees paid or where possible, transfer you to another course.
Whether it's for a birthday, an anniversary, Christmas, Mother's Day, as a thank-you, or simply a generous gesture, we are delighted to offer Judith Blacklock gift vouchers.
