So many people have asked us to provide Saturdays classes - and we felt it would be rude not to. Each one has a very useful theme. It's up to you whether you simply join us for one, or sign up for all three - there is a reduced rate if you opt for the latter. We guarantee that one taste will whet your appetite for more, though.

April 21: Ideas for decorating the table
During this fun morning, you will make a fantastic table centrepiece from the freshest seasonal flowers. We will also show you other ideas, plus offer insider tips for floral design. You will, of course, get to take your creation home.

April 28: How to make the most of a vase
Hands up if you struggle to make flowers do justice to your favourite vase. Thought so. In this instructive morning, we will show you all the tricks so that you're never flummoxed again. You will also create a lovely design in a vase that you can take home.

May 5: A simple handtied
A handtied is a lovely present to be able to give someone - especially if you have created it yourself. We will teach you Judith's special technique, which never fails. We will also share tips on making flowers last and which blooms are the best to use - whether you're buying them, or picking them from the garden, or side of the road (well, we are in recession).
