Zen Meditation & Flower Arranging

Many find the day-to-day stresses of work unmanageable and need an outlet for their creativity. Why not escape to the flower school and immerse yourself completely in the wonderful world of flowers? This one-day course will familiarise you with Zen meditation, how you can use this in your day-to-day life. Judith will then introduce you to the art of flower arranging and the connection with mindfulness. A perfect combination to help that stress melt away.

Date: 2nd March 2019

You will start the day with an introductory talk from our renowned experts about Zen. You will then be shown how to practice Zen mediation in your everyday lives and will do a short meditation session before floral work begins. Judith will then teach you how to do your own stunning table arrangement. You will also learn how to practice Zen meditation whilst flower arranging. You will be amazed at the beauty of your work and how totally absorbed you become in the process. You will find that you achieve wonderful things and will have the knowledge to create wonderful arrangements whenever you wish.

The day will conclude with a discussion over tea and biscuits followed by a final mediation session before heading home.
