4. Non-UK students
4.1 As we may need to contact you in the two weeks prior to the course start date, please ensure you include your UK contact details when making your booking.
4.2 Please ensure that your place is confirmed and the course is running before you make any travel arrangements. We do not offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs.

For information please see the Home Office website at http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk. It is your responsibility to determine how far in advance you need to apply for a visa, and to allow sufficient time to obtain a visa.

9.1 Non-attendance of classes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not create the automatic right to a refund, extra tuition or a transfer. However, in such an event we will, at our sole discretion consider all the circumstances and take such action that we consider to be fair and reasonable.
9.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered there may be an additional course fee charge and/or administrative charge.
