My time with Judith Blacklock Floristry school has been amazing, each module was very informative, with key aspects of information clearly explained and then shown in a step-by-step video making it much easier to understand. There’s a great variation in designs with all the basic principles of starting a business covered. I’ve had great fun in achieving my designs, however my tutor June was always there to advise and guide me, she has been very supportive and really helped me in achieving to high standards! With her wealth of knowledge and experience steering me along the way I completed the course with a distinction. Something I never thought I could do! I will really miss June! But I will be back to complete a course on large scale designs soon!

My experience completing the Judith Blacklock Online Professional Business of Floristry Course was that it truly delivers the comprehensive curriculum, professional instruction and quality mentoring promised in the course description. I enrolled in the online course to learn while working full time. The anytime-anywhere access enabled me to review the theory section or watch the complementary instruction video for a module during lunch or whilst commuting. I appreciated that each video instructor conveyed their wealth of floristry experience in an understandable presentation. My tutor also willingly shared her experience in answering my questions, including everything from sourcing and purchasing flowers to mechanics for stabilizing stems. Her feedback, whether kind encouragement or constructive criticism, was invaluable to my success in completing the Professional Floristry course.

I have just completed the yearlong Online Professional Business of Floristry Course which has been such an amazing learning curve. I cannot believe that I can actually put together and create my own designs now with absolute confidence. The course has been thorough and extremely informative. I really enjoyed the online Professional Business of Floristry & Event Styling Course, which I completed about 18 months ago. The video for each session clearly demonstrated what was required, with helpful hints and tips. Being able to re-watch these again when working on my own, meant I could go over any elements again and at the notes accompanying each session helped to provide background information on a wide range of aspects of floristry and the industry, and also developed an understanding of plant materials. Being able to produce my version of the designs at my own pace meant I could re-do as many times as I wanted until I felt confident with what was involved, and the comprehensive feedback at each stage was excellent. I would really recommend the online option for those who wish to learn from home, with confidence that the standard of the course and teaching is of the highest standard.
